We have a core team of supervisors who have worked together for many years providing seamless project management of civil and mining infrastructure; and bulk earthworks ranging from large dam construction to road works and motorways.
Senior Site Supervisor
Shannon has extensive experience in the civil and mining industries. His capability extends across multiple elements including, but not limited to; Roadways, Dams, Bulk Earthworks, Subdivisions, Large Scale Land and Industrial Development, Railways and Mining campaigns.
He has well developed people and time management skills. Shannon has numerous operator tickets and accreditations including Cert IV in frontline management coupled with qualifications in Incident Investigation, Environmental Management, Statutory Mining Supervisor and Nationally recognised equipment skills and competencies. His valuable leadership and mentoring of our workforce ensures our projects are delivered safely on time and budget.
Graeme is a skilled supervisor and has extensive experience in major projects and sectors including, but not limited to, resources (Coal & Gas), government, construction, rail and civil infrastructure works. Graeme is skilled in the operation of all major earthmoving equipment and is a qualified Civil Construction and Workplace Training assessor.
Graeme’s skills in operating heavy plant and equipment, experience in the use of GPS controlled machines combined with his supervisory training, make him an invaluable and respected member of the team.
Will is a product of our in-house training and development program, having worked his way up from operator, to leading hand, foreman and now as site supervisor at one of our projects. Will is skilled in the operation of all major earthmoving equipment, a Statutory Mining Supervisor and is a qualified Civil Construction and Workplace Training assessor.
AE’s Leading Hand and Foreman team all have various machinery operator tickets and workplace accreditation’s, and are given training with specific operations focus on safety, quality assurance and environmental issues. Each of the current Leading Hand and Foreman team are experienced personnel who have obtained “real life” training on the job at a variety of projects in many varied conditions.
