AE Group completed the construction of a boutique 10 Lot Residential subdivision development for the Landowner in the Gold Coast Suburb of Bonogin.
The scope of works included:
- Tree clearing, stripping and stockpiling of topsoil and implementation of the erosion and sediment control plan;
- Bulk Earthworks including the re-grading of lots;
- Roadworks and Pavements;
- Asphalt;
- Kerb and Gutter construction;
- Stormwater;
- Sewer and Water Reticulation;
- Widening of Bonogin Road to facilitate access into the development;
- Installation of in-ground electrical services;
- Landscaping
All works were managed to ensure conformance to all the requirements of GCCC standards and specifications.
