Varsity Lakes Landfill Remediation

AE Group were engaged by Thiess Contractors to supply earthmoving equipment to load out over 1.1 million tonnes of soil waste and transport over 100km to a licensed landfill at Swanbank. The project also comprised:

• Win, Load, Haul & Compact and trim 200,000 of backfill material to form foundations for new railway station
• Recycling & crushing of concrete & placement to form haul roads onsite
• Dewatering of old quarry
